The company officially started operations as an industrial services contractor focusing on instrumentation, online process analyzers, control valves, and miscellaneous/obsolete systems

The pandemic forced the company to go on hiatus in early 2021

Seattle Automation relaunched as a consulting and services firm specializing in microgrids and behind-the-meter and off-grid electrical systems
